I just caught Shawshank Redemption on AMC this past weekend. I hadn't seen it before, but have seen lots of parodies about it. I liked it.

I prefer "Classic Chris"

But serious movie buffs need to look beyond the last 3 decades. Almost NOTHING good coming out of Hollywood in the past 10 years compared to before. It's a money driven business now, which isn't all bad.. but creative movie-making has definitely suffered.
