Rule #5 needs to be applied here. it's excessive harassment on a particular point. he's bringing it up in EVERY thread he posts on now by having it in his sig, unrelated topics.

i didn't do excessive harassment. I commented on posted remarks and kept it to relevant threads. that's the issue here, he keeps bringing up an issue he's pissed about from YEARS AGO in EVERY thread he posts in.

I'm not asking him to stop harassing me, but make it relevant in relevant threads. The sig isn't relevant to everywhere he posts and he's been asked to not to market my program.
