ccbill....please explain....seriously

Okay ccbill I have a login and password issued by you guys today at precisely 1:25 pm est time!

according to my detailed tracking stats, I have ip address, I have time of sign up, I have login,location of surfer...

It is now one hour later, and there is no sign of a sale, or form submission anywhere in my ccbill admin....

I would like this looked into and then explained in an articulate manner for me to understand....are we looking at server lag???, api postback, rogue script, holiday stats delay, earthquake in the canary islands, malware, or something more sinister?

We will make a call to support now and post back with findings.

This is a first and I am sure its an easy explanation so we fully give you the benefit of the doubt and expect you to find out why my sale credit has not appeared in my ccbill admin, as well as the form submission

I'm pretty sure that sometimes their stats aren't really real time or even 15 minute delay. I'd give it at least 24 hours first to be sure. If you really think something is up and you tip your hand so soon you'll never catch them if they really are up to something. ;)

FWIW my CCBill affiliate sales this month have been rocking.

alright contacted them and an explanation was given....I will accept the explanation, but I must say this is a first.

Somehow this surfer already had a membership but surfed the join page, left the join page went right to ccbill servers then to my members area.

I suppose its theoretically possible but its the first time I ever seen a surfer go from tour page, to ccbill index page, then to members area...

I can assure you that every time I check that pattern of movements it is always a new sign up....so this makes a first and I suppose there is a first time for everything.

CCBILL IS A FINE COMPANY

If a potential member tries to sign up, and they are already a CCBill member, they will get an error that tells them they are already a member.

So, it's possible your guy went to the join page, tried to sign up, was declined because they are already a member, then entered the members area with his existing username and password.

Unless I'm reading what you wrote incorrectly...

Sounds like the issue is batching given the fact that a user/pass was generated, but there is no sign of the sale.. Give it a while for the postbacks to take place and Im sure you'll see something.. This has always been a common problem/excuse with many of the 3rd party billers...
