    Do you count all blank referring URLs as bookmarks/type-ins?

    I don't think all my blank referring URLs are bookmarks and type-ins because
    I think some surfer have the referring URL blocked by their browser software.

    I've never checked to see if their user agents are known blockers.

    How do you count these?
