She was filming the tractor trailer who she considered to be driving unsafely so she could report it and show proof. You do notice the tractor trailer passing on the right.. which is illegal unless someone is signalling to turn left, such as on a single lane road.
Saw a interviewer ask her, "why didnt you scream or anything?" and she said she was too shocked, and she was just glad her kids were not in the car with her.

That sort of shit happens in a heart beat.
A few years ago I was cruising down the highway with my dad driving. we were pretty tight behind another extended cab pickup, and a third pickup pulling a small trailer came to pass all 3 of us. The pass was tight with a car oncoming in the other lane. Suddenly the truck ahead of us swerved into the other lane, cut the car off which swerved in towards us. Somehow nobody hit one another, but when everything was stopped and we got out to make sure everyone was ok we noticed what caused the accident. The windshield of the truck ahead of us was blown right out and a whole tire was sitting in the backseat. A wheel has come off the trailer and blown right through the windshield and passed perfectly between the two old guys in the truck. All I could think was "damn those guys must have been shitting their pants." Fucking miraculous nobody got hurt.
Moral of the story: You never know when some random shit will come flying through your windshield and just barely miss decapitating your ass.
