            No they have 24 hour courts.. In Arizona once a person is actually " BOOKED " processed he must see a judge with in 24 hours.

                            I almost spilt my beer over the side when I saw that
                            Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

                                                    It was taken from the Hooters balcony in the middle of the afternoon. We were watching as the guy was being patted down, etc. He was fully compliant and left with the cops without incident. Not sure what happend with him.
