    Who is supervisor in NastyDollars?

    Subj: I'm trying to reach this people for a couple of months already but neither accounting by mail, nor ICQ supports are really eager to help. They owe me already ~1.5k and with this speed of solving problems I will wait for my money till end of times...
    Is there any person supervising all these guys that can provide appropriate level of support right away?

          You could also try sending an email to accounting from an alternate email address as their system may have marked your current one as spam for some reason. Don't send any URL's... just say, yo, I need to speak with someone about my account...

          Then they will ask who you are and you can ask if you can call.. or.. just call..
