Wordpress: plugin to serve dynamic ads - GoFuckYourself.com

Does anyone know of a Wordpress plugin or other solution that can display ads dynamically based on keywords or some such that are in a post similar to how Adsense does it?

Would have to be ads I create... So Adsense is pointless to offer me as a solution.

Anyone using that software and can tell me if:

I post to my blog and use a keyword like Little April (I don't mind even if I have to put it into some kind of tag) and it sees the keyword and triggers the placement of a 250x250 banner in the sidebar for her or even for Tiny Teen Pass and I can assign all of the girls to trigger that ad?
