Screw new york or boston

Ginos East is the best stuffed pizza u can get anywhere and its chicago and also chicago thin crust, beats a new york floppy gressy fold anyday. The thin crust is thiner and more crispy and the sauce on the pizza actually has spices. Dont get me wrong u can find simlar style in new york mom and pop shops out of the city but the thing long slices u fold thats not pizza thats just crap.

My idea of the BEST pizza

organic whole wheat milled fresh daily (no super refined nonsense/bleached out mess)
organic freshly made mozzarella cheese
organic veggies fresh picked daily
wood-fired brick oven

no preservatives, no excess salt, all salt = rock salt

YUM!

I make my own! I have some dough rising now. My own dough and sauce recipe costs 63 cents per pizza (holy potential profits

) and is a nice NY style thin crust. Could bake it as a deep dish style if using a 8 or 9 inch cake pan I guess, but never tried.
