What to do with my Forum

Hey everyone I am posting here as I am not too sure where to take this forum to the next level.

My current forum (in my sig) is based on celebrity pictures and some general banter.
The content is not not fully mainstream. I do have some soft pron pics however I want to keep it clean like Zoo or Ralph mag.

I am currently getting the following stats.
50 000 visits
360 000 pageviews a month
mainyl UK traffic.

I am wanting to do the following:
- somehow monetize the site (Google is just not cutting it)
- Boost members
- see what you think about the design of it? Does it need a facelift?
- Do I need to promote and if so... where?

I am stumped and would really appreciate any feedback :

The forum can easily pickup mainstream sponsors, but you might hit up Will76 for his cam promotion going on. My suggestion is to start working BL's with solid keyphrases. Id suggest you get Market Samurai for the "basic" understanding of keyword/keyphrases if you're a beginner.

Finally, the best tip I would highly suggest is to spend every waking moment getting solid backlinks. Why?.. because most new forum/blog/sites upgrades now have nofollow by default. In short, this means he/she who has the most high-PR backlinks in the near future wins.
