the second month, I can not change the payment details. Sent dozens of letters in their support to do so, in response to a deathly silence ... I am sending traffic, the amount for payment is going. Why such ugly behavior in this affiliate program?

Answer their daily webmaster email, they will reply. I am forwarding them this thread, they are good dutch people and I am 100% sure they will be helpful and this is just a mistake.

I had several special requests from MM during the past years and I can't say a single bad thing about them. They are definitely good people who treat the smallest affiliates and whales the same way.

I don't know about that. I think some people only come here for business related issues and don't have a lot to say on forums unless they have no other choice. It's understandable though not the norm.

Might also be worth while to mention that it is in affiliate's interest to make it difficult to change payment info in an affiliate account, there are hordes of scammers who specialize in trying to re-route affiliate payments. - I have been targeted by a few of them.

Of course not being able to get in touch is also a problem, glad its sorted now.
