there is algo updates some sites jump some go down, go announced lately that he gonna clean 11.8% search results to remove content farms and illegal content sites, meanwhile i see all illegal tubes go up in serps

no, it has an effect on all sites.

example...

keyword search 5 hours ago for "cam girls" came up camsgirl.com

now... #1 result is camgirlslive.com which was no where near top 3 today earlier.

many, many other examples of the first 3 getting kicked lower
