Dear ColdHardCash Affiliates

ILoveLupe.com is down for reasons beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. At this time, we are not sure how long the site will be down for.

However, we want to make sure our affiliates are taken care of for the time being at our expense. Thus, until further notice from us, we will continue to compensate affiliates for lost commissions during this time based on payout averages from our last pay period. For example, if you averaged $60 a day in commissions last period, you will make $60 a day in the coming period.

Rest assured, all content contained on ILoveLupe.com is and was 100% legal and is not in any way related to the allegations against Lupe that are circulating in the press.

We appreciate your continued business with the CHC affiliate program and will keep you updated on the status of ILoveLupe.com as new information arises.

Wow..

I would have never expected such an incredible compensation considering how the rest of the industry conducts business.

I have always had a great experience working with CHC. Aimee was extremely helpful before and Anthony is as well. The conversion rates and member retention is among the top of all the sponsors I promote.

I hope that this is resolved and that the promise of compensation stands up in the meantime.

Guys,

The current issue with the site being down has NOTHING to do with the lawsuit and dispute between Paolo and Evan. Two seperate issues.

Regarding the lawsuit, just remember, there is always more to the story than you see on the surface. I can not go into detail as there is a pending dispute, but I can assure you that for WebQuest's part, we were only involved as a third party service provider.

Does it make sense that WebQuest, after 15 years in this business and a perfect reputation would really need to go out and steal a few videos? Come on guys. I know this is GFY, but some of you need to think before you start rambling about things you have no clue about. There is a dispute and it will be settled between the parties one way or another.

To the rest of you, thanks for all your support and good words. We really appreciate it and look forward to continued business with all of you.

Instead, some people just like to make up their own story in the absence of actual facts. I guess too much time on their hands....

This is why we are guaranteeing our affiliates payments. We can't explain the entire situation at this point, but we can take care of our affiliates. I don't think we owe anyone anything more than that. Continue to send traffic and you will get paid, just like last month. Simple as that.
