He never said end the wars.... He said end the Iraq war, which he has done and did within the timeline. He did bring home a bunch of the Iraq troops, but he also said a new focus was needed in Afghan, more troops, focus, money, etc and he did that too.

War wise, Obama has done pretty much what he said he would do.

Only one person campaigned on totally ending the wars, and that was Ron Paul.

Helping America or Americans with anyone's money, no mater how we got the money, no mater how logical it is, even if the war ended... would cause a shit storm of socialism/communism chants, flooding the tv with fear, and creating a ton of stupid ass protests that nobody actually understands - even if it's beneficial for the citizens.
