.XXX Domains,i need simple explanation please!

Ok so what i would like to know is...
Will now porn on .com domains be banned or what?
Or we will just have .xxx domains together with .com and other domains to use?

I didn't understand this,and if anyone can explain me,please do
If porn on .com will be banned,is there any date till when we can use .com domains or?

For the foreseeable future the above is the situation. They are not mandatory yet and there is no immediate date or order to make them compulsory as of now.

Making the use of a .xxx domain mandatory will be a huge technical nightmare.

their entire argument for making .xxx mandatory willb e based on "making it easier to filter content".

You can undermine their argument by labeling your sites using rta/irca/safesurf metatags or header tags:

.xxx domains will cost $60 or $70 (?)

IFFOR (the new SS) will tell you what you can do ...

About half of the annual fee will be in kickbacks and payoffs to the persons who sold you out.

The rest of the fees will line Stuart Lawley's pockets.

Governments world wide can now pander to special interests and legislate that you must only use .xxx for sexually explicit content.

Then you get censored by statute or ISP set policies.

Get in the line to the showers ...

Get the picture — you just got screwed ...

I do hope the some of these items are in exaggeration

Seems appropriate. And, don't forget, .sx is surfacing on the horizon. I wonder how the GFY non-supporters of the fight against .xxx will handle .sx!

This is fucking ridiculous. These gov's want to try and censure porn? NO. they want to find a way to make more money on it... the domains will be more, statues and policies will be made, licenses will be sold and violators will be prosecuted... don't these fucks know that if it wasn't for porn the internet wouldn't exist or at best be anywhere near where it is today? And arent these the same fucks that sit and watch porn themselves? I dont know maybe the 15 billion a year spent on porn is all from the 3 midgets in a basement banging viagra intravenously... rofl The truth is everyone wants to trash porn but only because they dont want to admit they themselves watch it.... Yo you wouldnt believe some of the reviews and stories Ive had submitted to my site... but I guarantee these people will stand for the fight against the evil porn business... fuck them.

The problem is that industry leaders need to get together and start fighting back at this type of shit... what, the government is going to take my .com from me? get fucked. Seriously what needs to happen is everyone get together, go to a rock in the middle of the pacific where the people of an inhabited 3rd world country are poor, invest into it and create a place where we can all run our business without the fear of this type of shit. I mean why not? offshore banking has done really well.... why not offshore our operations and tell these people to Go Fuck Yourself!
