3 Gay Studios Win Injunction Against Tube Site Operators

OAKLAND, Calif. ? Gay adult studios Corbin Fisher, Titan Media and Channel One Releasing have won a preliminary injunction against tube site operators Steven and David Compton and their GLBT Ltd. company in their long-running infringement suit.
    ...
The three gay adult studios teamed up in the infringement suit against the Comptons for poached content on GLBT Ltd. domains JerkYourTube.com, GayForIt.com and ItsAllGay.com.

The studios filed for a preliminary injunction to stop the Compton?s from dispersing their assets. This week, a federal judge granted the studios' injunction and ordered that the GLBT Ltd. domains be put into receivership pending resolution of the suit.

Paysites could have always done this and don't even need to team up.

The issue is that going to court means you have to have your own shit together and
some sponsors didn't have it together.

      Translation :

Card bangers don't want to go to court.
Spammers don't want to go to court.
Shavers don't want to go to court(tube owner is former affiliate )
Accounting "book cookers" don't want to go to court.
Extreme pornographers don't want to go to court.
      Good luck.

The major difference is that they are selling memberships to their sites. Its not just ad revenue based, they are actually selling membership access to our stolen content.

They also destroyed all the evidence in the case which has really pissed off the judge. They purposely destroyed all their email, DMCA notices, and anything related to infringements or a repeat infringer policy. Not a real smart move!
