In fact, you have raised an issue here, the amount that he's meant to pay is not an amount I would expect the average person from Turkey to have available for a web link, though perhaps he's not the average Turkish guy

I can accept monkey and turkey. Contact me with him and I will see what I can do. Though I have plenty monkeys already I would be really glad to have one more. I pay with cash and gold, I can take one turkey too, no worries.

it's just that in Turkey, Romania and some more european countries, banks dont have the credit card sistem integrated.
Yeah it sucks when we need to pay for traffic, using Wire Transfer, western union, money gram.
I had the same problem when i didnt had funds on paxum

I had to join cam sponsors i normaly wouldnt promote just becouse they use paxum as a payment option.

Had to activate my paxum card just to send funds from my i-payout account

On topic, money gram could be a better option than western union or bank transfer.
