Forwarding SMS
When I go abroad I set an unconditional forward on my cell to my skype number. Does anyone know how I can forward my SMS so I can get text messages while abroad also?

eard of SMS forwarding. When I go abroad I just bring the phone with me and the SMSs arrive to it anyway. The mobile phone system is built up to accnowledge your present in the new country and alert your home land to send the SMS to their phone system and then they will use their system to deliver the message to you.

There's a setting in my android phone that says
Roaming auto-retrieve Automatically retrieve messages while roaming ☑ But on previous phones SMS messages have chased me around the world anyway. May cost you to receive them depending on your contract.
