Well, my friends... the days of Coupon Codes are finally among us
Yes I think the fact that the article does not seem to once even mention the word "affiliate" speaks volumes about who's interests Xbiz appears to be looking out for. Is it any wonder a majority of the adult industry (which is comprised mostly of affiliates by number, do not forget this) does not pay much attention to these organizations? It would seem that they are not looking after their interests in the slightest and indeed aren't even targeting any coverage towards them. Sorry if I seem harsh but my anger and frustration is a long time coming.

You don't like my posts? Put me on ignore or fuck right off. I'll say what I want.
On whose website does the cookie actually launch - the affiliate's or the sponsors?
If it's the sponsor's then this is a problem for sponsors to deal with.
Surely the cookie is created from the referral link at the sponsor site?
If this is the case it wouldn't affect adult affiliates very much because most sponsors are American.
Also, the directive makes exempt cookies relating to website's 'shopping trolly'. Surely you could argue that once a surfer has clicked on your sponsors banner or link then he has started the 'shopping basket' process?

And you have ratios in your sig? And you are asking fundamentally retarded questions as the ones above? Jesus...

Maybe it's because I'm retarded, but I'm not sure what you mean here.
Is it because it's obvious that the cookies are downloaded on the sponsors site (php cookies will launch at the site linked to)? Well yes, but then why are so many affiliates getting into a panic about complying with the legal ruling? That's all I'm saying.
As far as the ratios are concerned, I'm not sure what you mean there either. If you mean that I should be keeping secret these ratios, don't worry. Most people here are so retarded that they'll still be saying 'people won't jerk off to 3d' blah blah even if I was posting 1:20 ratios. They'll still be saying it in 5 years time when people won't even visit FREE 2D sites.
And I don't particularly care anyway, so long as few high IQ guys sign up under me. Fuck, I don't even particularly care about that either. I own about 40 premium 3D porn domains that will be enough to make me a millionaire in 5 years. And I'll shout my ratios from the rooftops if it gets a few more sponsors in this comatose industry launching 3D sites.
I earn over $500 a day purely from affiliate. I guess that's probably more than 95% of the other pure affiliates here. And probably you too.
