i had a boyfriend that had periods worse than mine. so glad those days are gone. for the men who are suffering, try these during that time and see what happens:

*lots of caffeine
*plenty of chocolate
*funny movies
*extra sleep
*avoid irritating people
*drink more water than usual

Great tips!
Also always carry a tampon around and wear comfortable clothes.
