Some of the richest guys drive average vehicles so they dont get profiled and rolled at a light or in a parking garage. Actually if you can get the cbs code from the agent you can access just about any empty house in Phoenix. Almost all the empty homes have lock boxes with the keys, I don't know about mansions of this size but under a mill is easy to get access to.
