                                                                                      Twitter is commonly used for adult, so is reddit, tumblr etc. A quick facebook search displays quite a few "porn" facebook pages. There are only adults of age 18 and over involved with these pages, why are some of you people so sensitive about this issue?

Established pornstars can't even keep their pages, so what makes you think they're going to let you? You could go there in person and they still won't reinstate the page (assuming it goes down).

                                                                                                                                  You have confirmed without a shadow of a doubt that it is worth maintaining a facebook presence.

                                                                                                                                  As far as marketing the "correct way", the answer to that is on facebook itself.
