A new guy was meant to start work for me today but yesterday i got this e-mail from him.

"Hi darren I can not start work for you tomorrow as my computer blew up and killed the cat. I am e-mailing from my mums. Sorry."

reliability is the #1 thing for me in this biz. It could be real, but on your first day you go out and get it fixed or if not take a pic to prove it.
