Curious, about how much are you paying to lease a place that size? I'm in the process of looking for a bigger house myself with multiple bedrooms, a private backyard and a pool. Getting tired of packing up all the gear and props multiple days every week and spending money renting locations by the day. Not to mention time wasted loading, unloading and traveling.Comment

Two dens that are freaking huge
Two major libraries/offices

1300 sq ft Day room
900 sq ft Theater
1100sq ft Man cave
Plus so much much more........space!

well i used 10M as an upper limit guess - i thought in today's real estate market it would be between 5-10M.
working hard has nothing to do with it, hard work in porn doesn't get you living in a 7M mansion - there's obviously somebody very rich who owns/rents that house and you provide him with what he wants in return for living there besides taking care of it.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting.
