What Screen Resolution Do Most Surfers Use?
What is the best screen resolution to optimize a site for? Does anyone know where to get the statistics for what percentage uses what.
I know porno pics look terrible in 600x800. Do normal surfers agree? Thanks in advance.

800x600 closely followed by 1024x768... always go for the lowest common denominator and check your logs to see what the majority of your surfers are using.

So I guess everyone optimizes for the majority. Thanks for the replies. I can't find that info in my stats so I don't know about my users. Guess I'll go with the average.
