I am not a lawyer, I am not a tax advisor but I do know just a little bit about what corporations can do, especially in terms of what corps can spend money on and have those expenditures be regarded as perfectly legal tax deductions.

There is no corporation that I cannot keep on the verge of bankruptcy and quite legally at that!
