i dont know.. they have funding option only by Wire or Check

Yes that is correct,credit/debit card be used only for direct sending,and you dont intent to save money there right ?

I can't send a direct money transfer either. For some reason CC option is blanked out.

They also have a statement there that they are having problems processing MasterCard blah blah.

Yes i see that error,but it giving me offer to use visa card.

You will need to do that even if you receive money there from other user.They threat newbies almost like fraud.
