I kind of appreciate(in a small way) what Charlie Sheen is trying to do with his life. He's trying to live in a way most men don't have the balls to -- but they all want to.
But, he has to sacrifice his kids for that. You can't have the "rockstar" lifestyle, and the kids. That's asking way too much of the mother.

I think maybe she just used that because she knew the courts would jump all over it and get those kids out of there fast. While he is like a rabid dog that got off his leash right now, he hasn't really broken any laws or shown signs of putting the kids in danger, so she used this to get them out of there.
