Good Luck.
Hedging in the U.S. is recently not allowed anymore and friendly nations are shutting down offshore accounts. You may have some success trading patterns but you need alot of patience and skill and without the ability to hedge against loss I don't do it anymore.

Watch one that is a little easier to know whats going to happen.

For instance. The Mexican Peso. If the US market goes up, the dollare drops against it.

He got a mathematical forex robot. That helps a lot. Been trading for 12 years. His course is just the tip of the iceberg. He also says that he likes to help people. For what I've seen he is legit. But sure, it's questional.

I would also suggest to get an account somewhere and try it out with fake money first. Even though it is not real. Take it just as serious.

Pretending you have $100k on the line and actually risking it, are 2 very different emotions.

No substitute for real trading/practice.

Why not start with equities.

Take a look at Dr. Alexander Elder trading series. Teaches the right tools and very easy to understand.

take care with forex, its not so easy as it seems.

if you only risk 1% of your account in each trade you can maybe make some bucks.

The FACT says that 95% of people lose money with forex and only 5% of people with 10+ years of experience and a PhD in economics, could maybe make some money.

Make sure to trade at least 6 months in demo and you finish possitive, before you go live, and still it does not mean you could make it, because trading live is totally different in terms of psichology.

Prepare to learn for a long time before you become profitable. And with profitable I mean over months, not just the lucky shot that makes you money for a week or two.
This being said I highly recommend anyone starting in forex to demo trade for at least a few months before putting real money in.

I still do It a bit but It's pretty risky with the high leverage so I have moved mostly into stocks instead.
