              When I saw this thread my first thought was "bullshit". And if it came from any other source other than the LA times I'd still say "bullshit". I'm wondering why this hasn't hit other mainstream news sources.

                              The funnny thing is the idiots on this board saying that no budget cuts can be made.. that all we can do is raise taxes. Our military budget alone is bigger than the next 15 countries put together... and this is why.

                                          Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

But nobody figured on hiring 1,176 agents to recover the cash at a cost of $100 million? Could have paid the agents $85,000 and received some of the best in their fields to track down that fraud and strike fear in the hearts of shitheads all over the state...
