    Well that's what they do. Anything but model for online work where their friends, family and neighbours will find it.

    I shot full time in the UK for ten years, then ten years here. We found that as soon as Tubes hit the scenes models became very aware of what it does to their lives. So they work in a nightclub or escort or take a less well-paid career.

    The days of getting the beautiful to attractive girls who just wanted to earn some quick money were gone.

        Paul, I can't speak of what it is like in the U.K. or in Europe, but here in America, of the many things that have changed in the porn business over the years, the number of young women and number of beautiful and extremely sexual young women willing to do porn have only gone up year after year since 1991 when I first got involved. There are more hot girls willing to do porn in a week nowadays than there used to be in a month back in the early 90s and more in a month than there used to be in a year. That's how dramatic the increase is. You have a lot of good insight about the old days, but at least for me and others here in the U.S., any suggestion by any producer or ex-producer, no matter what kind of content they are shooting from mild to wild, that it's more difficult now to recruit new models or find models will be met with hysterical laughter.

            Wow, Jim. We both shoot in South Florida. I see it entirely different, more along the lines of Paul's perspective. If you are correct about this, I wish you would become an agent. You could actually have a good thing going if you had the patience for it.

                No thanks to being an agent. I put my time in years ago simply as a means to recruit new models only for my own productions back in the VHS days when porn girls were few and far between when I frequented the East Coast of the U.S. and Canada's finest strip clubs waiting to see which girls were doing simulated lesbian acts up on stage so I could buy a lapdance and get a chance to chat them up in private about whether they'd like to do a girl-girl scene in my popular lesbian series Strap-On Sally. That was real leg work!

                I hardly do any recruiting on my own nowadays or have any time or desire to. If you're having trouble casting models in a major metropolitan area in 2018- even for non-vanilla kinky content shoots- then I'm going to respectfully suggest that you're doing something or maybe multiple somethings really wrong or maybe paying very, very little.

                        Thanks for your thoughtful response. You've rented one of my locations before...years ago, by the way. We've employed a few of the same camera guys and, production assistants. Our paths have crossed a bit. My website's pay rate is about $800. a day. Sometimes, a little more and, some times a little less depending on who and, what is being shot. We still get some really wonderful young ladies ...it just doesn't seem to be as easy as it was ten years ago when I moved to South Florida. Perhaps, I just got spoiled with all of the agencies back then. My sites also has the challenge of shooting with cross over guys. That used to not be an issue like it is now. Glad to hear things are going well for you.

                            I was talking about Czech. The UK was always a poorer 2nd when it came to recruiting good looking models. Girls next door models were two a penny.

                            No idea what it's like in the US for clean no tattoos, piercings or implants girls.

                                I advertised in papers given away for free outside London Tube stations and a few classified ad papers. Started in Czech doing similar then opened a site dedicated to finding models and we bought targetted traffic from SEs in Czech. Rarely used hookers, strippers or lap dancers. It usually required them taking a night or two off work and the best were always making more money hooking, stripping lap dancing.

                                    Exactly.. this only shows the wrong attitude. If they take it this way then it means they consider this job to be somehow shady, bad or even illegal.. and only want to do that due to the money. This attitude could cause a lot of trouble in the future once the footage gets published and someone from her relatives (or her BF) finds out.

                                                            This is so well put. Some of these models are just passing through and, this business isn't for them. A lot of them love the attention, make up artists on site and, being paid very good money for having sex with attractive men. Riley Reed shot with me when she was just starting out and, unknown. I've always talked to the models myself or, my production manager did, to make sure they were comfortable with the shoot. Riley was like, "Hell, yes!" Christy Mack is another young lady who shot with us when she was just starting. She loved it. You could see the fun these ladies were having in their eyes. I have to wonder if this attitude is not every bit as important as beauty when it comes to who becomes a star and, who leaves the business.

That is a single reason we went to Europe...we get offers from US agencies all the time but show me ONE good looking 18 + but under 25 younwill not because it is a rarity....FYI: Last year I did try thru one GFY'rs ( a good guy with a good reputation) to cast simple softer lesbian project from the Antebellum times...but it was no go because of the quality of the models....American women are beautiful but those in the porn industry are not.

                                                                            A Facebook and Twitter profile would be the first place. Along with the others. Make it about what you did today, you can make something up. Your life as a content producer paying girls lots of money. Then start connecting to other models in your country.

Because of your ridiculous assertion it wouldn't matter what girl's photos got posted, you'd just be sure to say some bullshit like "She's at best cute but not HOT" or something like that as it's all subjective anyway. For my purposes, if they are young and pretty and skinny and relatively tattoo free and more than one of my clients want me to photograph and film them for major porn sites or magazines and I'd want to bone them very badly as a heterosexual man, that's what I would call hot. Your mileage may vary.
