    HazeCash Banning Accounts

    A couple weeks ago we received a notice that HazeCash banned our account with an automatic email saying to contact the administrator with questions. I contacted the administrator twice and received no response. Finally by asking a contact of mine I was able to get a direct email from someone at BangBros who responded. He said the account was closed because of a high number of chargebacks, the same problem BradBreakfast had recently. Of course, if the traffic is coming from genuine paysites and blog networks like our traffic does there is no reason to penalize the affiliate for this by closing the account when they could just deduct the amount from any chargebacks. They owe us quite a bit of money and have refused to reopen the account, but have invited us to open a new one.

    This seems like really poor practice and I wouldn?t dream of treating affiliates this way. Has anyone else had problems with their account unexpectedly being closed and found Hazecash closed to dialogue about it?

          got my acc accidentally banned by their automatic script, but the situation has been resolved once i contacted them via icq
          know a few ppl with the same problem

          it appears to be a common practice for all their programs bangbros, nasty$, program3, muffia, etc

                  I can't tell because my login details don't work anymore so I can't access the stats. If there were chargebacks I don't understand why they didn't just deduct the chargebacks from the earnings rather than ban the account. I've offered to provide links and access to anywhere we promote them so they can see the traffic is genuine.

                              it's under .5% and they are not getting the percentage from this affiliate... i would bet $1 that they have written into their script if 3 chargebacks in 1 months time close account.

                                  No BROgram or company is going to lose their merchant account over one affiliate and some charge back issues. It's easier to piss up the leg of the affiliate(s), than to lose your MC and risk going out of business.

                                      It's fine if a program decides they want to terminate a relationship with an affiliate. It's their decision.

                                      But they should respond to queries sent to their general email and the affiliate ought to be paid for money owed up until the point they decide to close the account. Otherwise, they can periodically block affiliates and keep large sums of money they previously agreed to pay them.

                                          It's a common thing with them (as far back as 2006) and should be a factor in deciding whether you push them. If you do, make sure you can take it all down easily if they decide to can you and refuse to reinstate your account. Based on the boards they do this to a lot of people who obviously aren't carders or sending chat traffic.
