I never have never punched a wall or broke anything as a result of my anger. That just shows that you really care. I never give people or women that satisfaction.
I just keep calm and walk away. I show nothing. Walking away calm definitely has a more profound effect.

So true. When I was about 17 I punched a stucco wall - not good. Usually all it takes is a broken bone to curb you of the habit LOL.
One time years ago I was sitting with someone at the hospital and this kid came into in the ER, shattered all of the bones in his hand "in a fight" - turns out he punched a wall.

I used to put holes in walls all the time in my youth from my fist (and head ) when I was more impulsive but I rarely do that now. I have to admit to destroying a door rampage jackson style nearly two years ago but I had a good reason to be pissed and I didn't hurt anyone. I'm usually a pretty mellow and non-violent guy despite how it may seem.

Did it a couple times when I was a teenager, then I figured out it was much more satisfying to throw a person through the wall!Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

My 15 yr old son did this in December...ended up with several fractures, including two knuckles. He had to have surgery and some external hardware for several weeks and is only recently getting used to life with a hand again.
