I would find both cams and dating sites which feature many girls from those countries and try that. If it's not converting on general adult traffic, going more local could produce better results.

I bought some traffic in March from Porn Hub and Keez Movies, so this is how it converts with overused tube traffic. I said overused because every single time when I visit Porn Hub or Keez Movies I see ITMCash banners (I'm from Serbia).
People in these countries usually don't have or don't want to use CC online so they like to pay via SMS.
My recommendation is ITMCashComment

They charge 0.90 euro per SMS (2 SMS needed for registration) and pay you only 0.16 euro. Thats too low in my opinion. Also their websites are translated with google translator and name of girls are nothing similar to those in Croatia.

Members area is a pure scam. Paying customer will be very unhappy as he will find ZERO girls from his country inside. Only a dozen of horny paying male customers like him. Maybe a gay version of this program would work better huh.

Serbia and Croatia (RS and HR) are not so bad, we got a few cam sales from there, also with credit cards. But some using phone bill (RS = serbia), used globalaccess (we have gxbill too for that).Comment
