Legal help

I was just checking the stats for my wrestling site and noticed lots of activity from a certain site so checked it out.

The site has been stealing my websites articles AND hotlinking my images.

Can someone point me to somewhere I can get cease and desist letter.

First step is to secure your images.

If you want a licensed US attorney to modify it to fit your specific facts, I know one that can do it for less than $200

Mention their host and their sponsors by name in your initial correspondence.

A lot of people don't care about lawsuits, because they think you won't go that far. If you tell them that you will have their sponsorship accounts shut down for violating T.O.S., they will listen.
