    Add the last 2 digits of the year you were born + the age you will be this year. What do you get?

    I think everybody gets 111 or at least 11.

    One of my friends showed me this while trying to prove this is the last year of life and 2012 is the end...

    I'm still not convinced though.

                      ?? what's this supposed to have to do with the end of the world? it's simple math, if you don't get 111, you were not born in the 20th century. last year everyone got 110, next year everyone will get 112. People think they can twist any occurrence towards any outcome that they are passionate about, ridiculous!

                              You are just breaking the period between 1900 an this year into two: before you were born and after you were born....

                                          the sum of your age this year and last 2 digits of the year you were born in is equal to x+(111-x)=x+111-x=111 for any x

                                          Same if you take 1811, 1911 or whichever year ending with 11 as the current year.

                                          We didn't die neither in 1812 nor in 1912 so get ready to live at least until 2112

                                              Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
