If Grooby think that i stolen 10 old videos (7-9 min each) i can pay.. but they can't find any videos hosted on MY sites and never find because i don't hosted it.. Each movie costs about $50-$100.. Not more.. I can pay after they open my account and paid me all amount.. After they can close my account.. NP

If it's apparant where your traffic is from then we don't "demand" anything else. If you are hiding where your traffic is coming from then, yes we're going to ask further questions as it's probably coming from somewhere untoward or from somewhere we don't want to do business with.
As we've both stated, we're happy not to do business with each other, so no argument there, you can take your tranny traffic to some other program less interested in the overall business and we'll continue to make sales with more legitimate or transparent affiliates.Comment

We'd close an account for breaking the rules as blatantly and with such disregard for other people's property rights regardless of the money. The fact is, in this case, you wouldn't have even been aware that you had money in there until WE contact YOU. You left it there for three years.
You can send any legal notifications to my company address which is on any of the websites and that will be forwarded to our lawyers, if deemed necessary.Comment

You were banned. You forfeited any outstanding payments when you made the choice to promote with stolen content. You asked in an earlier post, why you'd broken the rules - I showed you examples of the rules you'd broken on the 2007 affiliate agreement you'd agreed to.
We do not give access to closed accounts. Talk to you lawyer by all means but show him the affiliate agreement, show him screen caps of exactly what our problem was with blackshemalevideo.com and then decide whether you want to throw more money away.
I think the amount of people in this post who have responded can clearly see, that you've been in the wrong on this, despite your attempts to cloud the issue. I only hope that the other programs that read this, will also cancel your accounts.Comment

Dont worry about these people. I pulled links a long time ago because the sites converted like garbage and they are not friendly to deal with. Everything on the sites look very dated anyway. They have better sites and pay more. To be fair I did have a handful of long rebills with you. I think I still get an odd check here and there. I can only think that if Grroby was so good that they woudlnt need 20 upsells in the members area and two pre checked cross sales on the join pages while giving their webmasters zero percent of any of it. Im sure they are the only company who does revshare only and has two checked cross sales and screws the webmasters on it. I have a mainstream review site and still make like 2 or 300 bucks with grooby per month, so those saying how the sites suck, well I tend to disagree They sell on my site and I dont even have shemale traffic.
And as for canceling this account : you embed full length scenes, except to get flamed. EVERY FUCKING webmaster knows a full scene is pirated. EVERY webmaster knows promo clips are 30 or 60 seconds from the most part, some are 3 mins, some are 5 five. But never a full scene. If you need to embed, ok, embed promo clips AND LINK TO THE SITE IT IS FROM. Its as easy as that.

Even if you don't host stolen content on your servers, you can *still* be a content thief. For example: if you generate traffic by the means of embedding stolen vids (scraping tubes, for the purpose of generating "seo'd pages").. that would IMHO be an "illegal" method of generating traffic to whatever program you promote on these sites..

I saw vids that were bigger then 9 minutes embedded for sure and i know u had some on your site man.. stop denying it, and besides a old movie to a webmaster might be a brand new movie to a surfer... with all due respect to groobybucks, imho groobybucks made the mistake of going after an embedder, yet sites like xvideos keep stealing their content, so while they are trying to do good they actually do it the wrong way around, if you get the vids killed on xvideos you get a load of tubes sending to 404 pages instead of your full length stuff.
