groobybucks.com has blocked my account with $2400

Hello! I have many CJ sites and promote more then 200 affiliate programs.
Some of my sites use picture galleries or embedded videos from sponsors and from xvideos.
Today I've received an abuse from groobybucks.com that I use their content on my galleries. I have found that galleries.. there were the videos emdedded xvideos.. I delete all galleries immediately but groobybucks.com blocked my account with approximately $2400. So they've stolen my money.
PS. I promote groobybucks.com about 3 years from my pictures sites like shemalepicsfree.com, xtranny.net and all money was earned from FHG.. But I never receive the payments (forgot to set payment options). Once i've realized this fact and add payment info. They have mailed me and inform me that my account is closed. It's "very good joke" but not for me.

where did the links in the galleries lead to their sites or somewhere else?? if you used their content to promote someone else your lucky thats all they did to you.

I tried to sign up to groobybucks some time ago.... got an email back that basically said that they will only approve my account if I explain to them how I generate traffic, traffic sources and what my strategies for the future etc are...

1 word came to mind: suspicious.

It was autoparsed emdedded videos from xvideos.. And this does not apply to the earned money.. I delete all galleries with emdedded videos!

We've DMCA'd BlackShemaleVideo.com numerous times on these. We canceled your account based on this.

3. Despite the videos being hosted on other stolen content sites, you chose to do business and make profits from stolen content websites and further, propagate our stolen content. The simple fact of it not being hosted on your servers, doesn't negate the fact you were clearly showing the content and it appeared to be handpicked and descriptions written for it, on your pages. Your pages also were designed to look like the content was hosted on BlackShemaleVideo.com

4. You are clearly in breach of our Affiliate Agreement on numerous counts. You profit from stolen content. We have no interest in doing business with you or anybody else doing the same and I'll be advising other programs to look into your practices also.

We will not work with affiliates who steal or profit from the theft of stolen content, stolen passwords or other such practices. If any affiliates are found to be breaking the Affiliate Agreement especially in regard to these sort of practices, then their accounts will be closed and all monies forfeited.
I advise any affiliates who do use stolen content and are our affiliates to contact [email protected] to cancel your account - there are plenty of less ethical programs which will accept your traffic.

They found their video with xvideos logo on my site (emdebbed) and then close my account.. But i promote from my picture sites.. And more.. I deleted all embedded in 1 hour.. I never download his content to my sites..

It's more suspicious that programs would accept your traffic not knowing where it came from. We asked what way you would generate traffic to our sites. It's better to not start business with somebody we don't wish to, rather than have to deal with it later.

I have seen blackshemalevideos if it is your site then yeah you are doing wrong. You link out to illegal tube sites, you embedded videos from illegal tube sites and you had hosted full black tgirl grooby videos on your site. Who cares what your NATS says. all that proves is your galleries and links went to grooby but you were rippiing off his material directly and indirectly. As for xvideos i know for a fact that grooby constantly DCMA his material and doesnt allow any accounts.

He is doing what most sponsors should be doing, hunting down people abusing content and shutting them down...

I dont know anything about your 2400 dollars you can fight that with grooby but in regards to getting the boot for illegal vids... Bravo

Yes! I filled details 2 days ago... Traffic is clean.. I am working with many other shemale programs and have good traffic from my pictures sites.. Groody stolen my monet and not all my FHG galleries have "test test test" instead of join page..

DMCA's were sent out to Blackshemalevideo.com before then. You are missing the point - your not going to get rewarded for removing them, you chose to do this sort of business and to show our stolen content while as an affiliate. You continue to run stolen content websites.
