Most 3rd party processors have Thailand/Vietnam blacklisted cause of the high amount of fraud, and even most bank merch accounts won't take transactions from there.
I never heard of anyone specializing in them, but good luck!

They wont pay any one in asia but they can charge people from there.... What i suggest is to open a account on some one else names and he can than send those cheques to you to submit in bank account even in asia.
