I own the website http://www.MyCamProfile.com/. It was launched 2 months ago.
Key Features:
Webcam Model & Agent Recruiting (Main function of site)
Affiliate for Streamate (I-frame and IM chat bar)
Adult Social Network for amateur cam models, Porn Stars, Webmasters, and Fans
Webcam models, and Pornstars can upload videos to their profiles and charge customers a fee to watch them. Fans can also ask the models for a custom video made just for them.
Members have the option to display recent tweets in their profiles, advertise other places where they can be found, etc.
Tracking system for Agents too track their earnings, models/agents recruited, have banners with their unique agent code, etc.
RSS Feeds, Invite friends option, Facebook connect, and many more.
My website has around 50% of these features at the moment and is going to have the rest of them implemented around the 15th of February.
That is 3 ways to make money. This is by far the most advanced webcam model recruitment site out there. My main competitor is internetmodeling.com which by far has the highest amount of traffic.

The only thing my site is lacking now is off-page SEO to work on keyword rankings. To be honest I am contemplating on selling my website because I really need the money for something personal. I already have over 300 models and many many studios and agents working for me so I wouldn't lose my income but I would lose out on the ton of applications pouring in and the time investment I have spent on this
