do you get qi (bbc tv) in the usa? i know you get some uk shows. its hosted by stephen fry (who i belive is known in the usa).

anyway its a sort of quiz show.

this week it was on about crazy uk laws. and one law was in 2010 that made owning a slave illigall.

in the uk we have lots of old laws that have never been changed such as if your in york, you can shoot a sctotishman with a bow and arrow.

the other week it said that piranha are not mostars trhat strip you to the bone in seconds, but in fact are rather tame.

apprantly the story of them stripping people to the bone was president teddyu bear (i know thats not his real name, but i always think it is) showing off, and boasting about one of his trips.

And that became a sort of truth.

So now people think these fish are killers.

I never witnessed an exhibition of such impotent, savage fury as was shown by the piranhas as they flapped on deck. They are the pests of the waters, and it is necessary to be exceedingly cautious about either swimming or wading where they are found. If cattle are driven into, or of their own accord enter, the water, they are commonly not molested; but if by chance some unusually big or ferocious specimen of these fearsome fishes does bite an animal—taking off part of an ear, or perhaps of a teat from the udder of a cow—the blood brings up every member of the ravenous throng which is anywhere near, and unless the attacked animal can immediately make its escape from the water it is devoured alive.

A great show that showcases the quickest minds we have in comedy. Last year, I went to a taping of David Mitchell's radio game show where it was Fry and Davies as contestants along with Rob Brydon. It was one of the funniest things I have ever witnessed.

Some facts from the show:

We have in fact 3 moons.

When you see the sunset you do not, its an mirage.

UK has the smallest houses.

Sharks are nice.

The unlikest man alive (who died in the last year or so) was a jap in japan who was near the firtst nuke going off in Japan during ww2. Then got on a treain and got nuked by a second nuke in Japan later.

Left and right is a consept.

Romon solders were vegetarian.
