However, I can assure you that this issue will be resolved this week. We have been working tirelessly with IPS and GBC and participated in a long conference call today with the CEO of GBC in Antigua. The problem has been isolated and the solution is now being implemented and will be resolved once and for all. Let me assure you that this is simply a technical issue that will be overcome.
