Hit PACER, background checks, where they live, schools, where they work, Ex's etc. Once you start turning up information (most is online) on these people build a blog (blogger) post pictures of there houses with address, phone numbers, places of employment, bankruptcies, judgments, arrest records, divorce records, child custody hearing documents, Facebook page, and most important how they were a part of fucking you out of your money.

My personal favorite is to cross reverence their address and collect all their neighbors addresses. Once the blog is built go to the post office and order postcards with the blog url ($100 for 100 addresses) and then mail it to their neighbors, local schools, homeowners association, churches, and local community clubs etc.

Now just keep building blogs with the people in his circle of life and link them altogether and market the shit out it. It won't take long before these people Google their name, Company, Church, School, etc and see the history of their life and how they were associated with stealing your money.

At this point most will do anything to help you with your quest and will provide a wealth of information on how to get your money back. If they don't have any information leave up the blog because this will be a motivator to find information. It won't belong before his associates/family are working for you. The more people you collect and post the quicker the phone call will be to settle.

Also, make sure to throw up some AdSence ads on those blogs because bankruptcies, judgments, arrest records, divorce records, ads pay up to a $4 a click.

You could certainly do all of that. Hard to blame someone who's owed a lot of money from doing what they can to collect.

But maybe, just maybe, decide to forego the time it would take to do all of that and instead spend some timing thinking about how you got yourself to this spot. Consider all of the people you sent to his sites. Consider all of the money they paid out for sites they didn't want to see and didn't know they joined. Consider all of the time some of them had to spend getting charges off their CC's. think about what percentage of the amount your owed comes from those people.

Then breath deeply and realize that the way you were making money has gone the way of the dinosaurs and it ain't coming back. Sure, there's a few companies doing their "thing" but the writing is on the wall. Realize some of the mistakes you made in determining who you would and would not do business with and decide that you won't make that same mistake again so that you don't find yourself in this exact same position a few months or years down the road. And if you decide that you're fine with "their" way, go for it. I don't have a problem with it at all. Just don't come running here for sympathy when the shit hits the fan.

I did something similar to an asshole who burned us for 10K. He happened to live in a very nice neighborhood, gated community, home owners association and ran his biz out of his home....thought he was the shit until all of his neighbors, the homeowners association to include other possible avenues of interest, were sent a letter containing everything about his business and shady practices, he was ousted shortly after.....

To this day, I still fuck with this guy and his wife. Although I never got our money back, I still take time to let the piece of shit know I am still around and stilling pissing on his name along with costing him money

To this day, I have cost this asshole thousands and saved others from being ripped off by this crook. At one point, I told him even if he gave me the 10K, I will never stop because I don't want others to go down the same road we did and I don't like fucking thieves!
