Holy fuck! That can't be 100% accurate? There has to be some bullshit on those totals or at least some payouts/settlements were reached? You burn me for the first $10k and I'll write it off as a lesson, but $100k or more? It's so easy to reach into this guys personal life via the net and convince him without a shadow of a doubt, to pay up.

My general rule is never get involved in other peoples/friends business problems that have nothing to do with me because in the end, you were just a tool. In short, I don't have a dog in this fight but if those numbers are correct it baffles me why something has not been done already.

First, lawyers and thugs are a waste of time because all you will do is rally his friends and family for protection and you'll be tied down throwing good money after bad, or possibly go to prison ie., thugs. Finally, if your only option was violence you've already lost so why hire someone when you can just do it yourself?

My method works far better but you have to have the backbone, zero sympathy, and a controlled temper/patience to pull it off. Also, once you start you don't negotiate, reason with their excuses, and purely focus on the end result. Getting paid. Most webmasters here can't do this. In short, there is no such thing a diplomacy/settlement without leverage.

Build leverage:

So my question to you, if you were in serious trouble where would you go for any type of support? Your family. A $100 million dollars just doesn't vanish without at least one family member getting some of the money. Possibly, they don't have a clue about the monies origins but this should not matter. They are involved by proxy and susceptible to future leverage.

Collect information:

Collect information on "everyone" in the circle of his life. Hit PACER, background checks, where they live, schools, where they work, Ex's etc. Once you start turning up information (most is online) on these people build a blog (blogger) post pictures of there houses with address, phone numbers, places of employment, bankruptcies, judgments, arrest records, divorce records, child custody hearing documents, Facebook page, and most important how they were a part of fucking you out of your money.

My personal favorite is to cross reverence their address and collect all their neighbors addresses. Once the blog is built go to the post office and order postcards with the blog url ($100 for 100 addresses) and then mail it to their neighbors, local schools, homeowners association, churches, and local community clubs etc.

Now just keep building blogs with the people in his circle of life and link them altogether and market the shit out it. It won't take long before these people Google their name, Company, Church, School, etc and see the history of their life and how they were associated with stealing your money.

At this point most will do anything to help you with your quest and will provide a wealth of information on how to get your money back. If they don't have any information leave up the blog because this will be a motivator to find information. It won't belong before his associates/family are working for you. The more people you collect and post the quicker the phone call will be to settle.
