As you know, I make all my editoral decisions in Poland, in the UK I can't think because of all the corruption around.

True all that. The other aspect that interests me is what happens when someone complains about a video not being up to spec...

With TV and OFCOM there are lots of tech spec, and seeing as they decided these are all "TV like programs" it will be interesting to complain that "Jane's Big Boob Job" didn't meet my expectations as to quality and other criteria, are there going to have to wade through and watch all the shit, I mean quality product, out there?

Because there is a new law in the UK where anyone planning to run a website with videos on it has to pay £2,900 a year, per site to a government quango. Non payment is a criminal offense. Not reporting that you are planning on running one of these sites is a criminal offense.

So some people, no one in this thread I am sure, are going to pretend their sites are run in another country to avoid this problem.
