What are some tube scripts that allow banner code to be added to all uploaded videos?

I do not need the feature and haven't looked into it, but I think Konrad's Mech Bunny lets you do it. I think it you set a user as a sponsor they can, and if not, I am almost certain he has a mod around that lets you do it as I know some sites using his script let you do that kind of stuff. You may want to ask him what his script can do for you.
