                      So "yes it is" might be a bit premature.. (even though a major US corporation obviously never runs into serious problems no matter what, since the US govt takes care of the big corporation no matter what - regardless of if the govt in power is Democratic or Republican..)

                              I would think that if it could, Facebook would have taken legal action with regard to AFF's use of the name of Facebookofsex ... Why this has not occurred has not been made clear or I have not seen the explanation of the reasoning ...
