10k for gaming license in costa rica with bank account included
few hundred bucks to integrate all major payment modules
few hundred for hosting on a dedicated server in costa rica
the rest goes to marketing like 5k+

note we own the poker software and we keep 100% of the profit not affiliated in any way.

I think it goes like this: you think you're going to play poker and then they expose you to one of the ugliest sites ever (it's like the porn version of http://havenworks.com/ and http://yvettesbridalformal.com/ ) and send a ransom note that in order to be unexposed to that you have to pay them. There is no such thing as a costa rica gaming license and no costa rica bank will accept payments for gaming transactions.

This is not a business plan that will work for any gaming site, sorry.
