Anything from £100 upwards. Loads of places are having special deals as the American tourists are not coming here anymore after Sep 11th.

Depends entirely on where you stay. If you are staying in London though don't count on it being cheap. Check out lastminute.com a week before you leave (if you can wait that long), they may have a good deal. If you come in March you can at least rest assured that it isn't a busy tourist season so the prices shouldn't be TOO overinflated.

lastminute.com is worth checking out even now for March. Their hotel offers are often on there a number of months in advance.

If the Novotel near the Tower of London is on there (sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't) I can't recommend it highly enough! It is right across the street from the Tower and has three transportation methods right next to it (tower hill tube, tower gateway light railway, fenchurch street train station). The rooms are nice - not super luxury but nice. They are usually about £140 a night but it is often on lastminute for £60 .

nope but everyone I know that has been there agrees...problem with camden for me is that it is hard for me to get back from at night.

Not sure what its like now, but i have some import CD's of the Wildhearts at the 12 Bar Club in London. Sounds likle one hell of a place.
