I have fun. no matter what I am doing, I make it fun. If it's not fun, I want no part of it.
Sounds lame I guess, but it sure helps keep the stress levels down, which in turn makes ME feel better. Having diabetes and a heart thing, stress is the #1 thing that can get me down worse than bad food and no exercise.
everyday i think of how im going to waste the day but getting nothing done that i have planned and make up another excuse why i cant work out or get to my list of things to do.
my favorite part of the day is towards the late evening when i think to myself "if i go to bed now (midnight), i can get up at 8am and get in a work out and get some things done before I have to start working." at 3am when Im finally getting around to go to bed, I think "well, theres always going to bed early tomorrow"
You could try:
- going on a better diet
- physical exercise with cardio and weight training
- stretching for more flexibility
- quitting smoking / alcohol / substance abuse
